Sophia Knox-Miller

I have been describing since 2019, trained by Roz Chalmers through Vocaleyes. I come from a movement and producing background, things I do alongside audio description. I have particular interest and expertise in circus, dance, and outdoor performance - anything that is slightly out of the box! Much of my description work is standard however I love the opportunity for integrated and creative AD which is what I strive for as a producer.

My work has led me into training and consulting for artists and companies who are keen to work more inclusively, and integrate access measures into their productions.

AD work has included: Chitty Chitty Bang Bang UK tour; Out There Arts Festival; Bristol Circus City; I am currently extremely lucky to be one half of the description duo for Paddington at the Savoy!
